Shilajit, also known as the "conqueror of mountains," is a resinous substance rich in minerals, fulvic acid, and other beneficial compounds. For centuries, it has been revered in traditional Ayurvedic practices for its potential health benefits.
FOUNDER & CEO
In 2003, his mother underwent a life-threatening spinal cord surgery. With hereditary roots in Nepal, their family procured authentic shilajit for her post-surgery, leading to a remarkable recovery in spinal bone strength.
Witnessing nearly two decades of shilajit's transformative effects within the family, he, a fitness enthusiast himself, aspired to extend these benefits to others dedicated to their health and fitness goals. Thus, after serving nearly seven years in the IT industry, he founded Blue Trench Shilajit in April 2023
